This coming Friday & next Monday my company is gonna have a shutdown. So many people are not required to go to work. WOW! If the shut down is Friday...Saturday & Sunday plus Monday then Tuesday is a public holiday...Its gonna be a SUPER long WK END!
Sound nice huh?! Oh hoho...but not for my case... here's why:
Another bad news...as the sales are going down really badly I heard from a very reliable source that for the month of May the company is gonna shut down every Friday! Now is this good or bad? Though its said that this time of every year its always lidat. BUT If its not month end we can't say we die die also wanna go back to work wad...so gotta deduct leave for Shut down days...then~ again...yours truly has no leave to deduct so what do they do? Treat it as unpaid leave then~ DEDUCT MY BELOVED PAY lor!!! Simple?
Now I really like to work OT!!! Gimme more OT!!!

More OT = More Tired +More Shagged +More pimples outbreak -time to blog -time for myself!
More OT= More$ = coverage for unpaid leave deductions!
Enough said... Summary... I' ve made a wrong decision as things in the company aren't that good. Turnover rate is pretty high. Staff morale quite low. Its benefits wise not that good also.
